This image is my entry in to the "Love is the strongest magic" contest [link] held by
and 
Now I know that this might not be the typical entry for that contest, but let me explain... hehe
There is a line at the beginning of the contest that says "Love... it is something that makes a person's world to shine with bright and beautiful colours."
In my eyes, this centaur is in love. Love has lent her a complete abandon, a complete and total happiness and freedom and unequivacal JOY. Love makes her feel like she could "Kiss the stars." Love is magic, it is beauty, it is perfection - the image of her so completely happy and free shows that to me
I hope you guys feel the same. <3
Ok, so I go from an image I hate, to one I LOVE. Yes, LOVE.
I'm very happy with this, even if its not near perfect.
I am proud of the tail I drew ^^ My second attempt, and much better than the first I think.
I am proud of the splashes (but not the snow.. grrr) too! Only my second time doing those as well!
And, of course, I am VERY proud of the centaur herself. It took FOREVER to find stock that would match the girl. Once I saw her, I knew I wanted to make her in to a centaur, but finding a horse to match was hard! I wanted a running one, but all the ones I was finding were too thick in the neck for the super thin girl.
Thankfully, with a little modification, this worked just fine!
I'm very happy with it
For the first time in ages I'm not going to add any text, though - I feel it would just distract from the main image.
I may upload a details shot, too! The original was huge xD
